I wanted to connect my Canon 7D to the iPad with the Camera Connection Kit (CCK) and a USB cable but no dice. And the 7D’s Compact Flash card wont fit in the CCK’s reader unit. I read a couple of threads on the internet which stated that it’s possible if you use a USB card reader in between.
I was trying out the Camera Connection Kit (CCK) with my compact camera, a Panasonic Lumix TZ7 (also known as Lumix ZS3). The SD card fits in the CCK’s reader unit and photos transfers nicely to the iPad where they can be viewed in full pride. When testing with video i noticed:

I’m glad to see that Vimeo updated their player so it’s finally possible to run HTML5 in embedded players. So now it works on iPads and iPhones (only for Vimeo Plus customers on the iPhone however).
Dear Volt festival, are you insulting us with this cock and Wehner routine or what? I wonder if the copy writer did this or the graphic designer and did anybody proof read this at all?
